Viveck Shetty and band will rock the EARTH HOUR at Hiranandani Gardens Powai at the candle light vigil by Young Environmentalists! Informs Viveck Shetty lead singer of the band, "Music is a very unique medium to create social awareness. Music can bring the youth and citizens together. We are happy to join hands with the Young Environmentalists to spread the message to 'switch off' and join the global movement.
In 2010 Hiranandani complex Powai saved 346911 watts where as last year 2011 year they saved 5177028 watts, this year 2012 also the Hiranandani Complex along with other Powai buildings are going to motivate each other to switch off!!!! Says Niranjan Hiranandani Chief of the Hiranandani Constructions, "We at Hiranandani Gardens Powai will join the globe in conserving energy and participating in the EARTH HOUR! The countdown to Earth Hour 2012 has now begun, the iconic 'lights out' event that has seen some of the world's most recognized landmarks, including the Forbidden City, Eiffel Tower, Buckingham Palace, Golden Gate Bridge and Sydney Opera House switch off in a global celebration of the one thing that unites us all – the planet. Hiranandani Group will join hands with Young Environmentalists to switch off on March 31st at 8.30 to 9.30 pm..Will you?""

 Join the Young Environmentalists at Powai Mumbai  for a candle vigil along with solar lanterns and lit candles at Verona Fountains Hiranandani Gardens, Powai March 31st at 8pm.Citizens will take a pledge to save Mother Earths resources and continue to adopt habits to switch off when and where necessary.

The five piece band with Viveck as the lead vocalist  also bring in interesting variations to these songs, offering a more contemporary sound and pure listening pleasure. Music well and truly liberates and this promises to be one such experience. Viveck Shettyy and his band bring in a rich experience of over 50 shows and he has also lent his voice to a recently released Bollywood flick.
